HORRABRIDGE Rangers' Under 15 team — who recently became champions of their league — are embarking on a new venture by entering a tournament in Holland.

The tournament will be held in Haarlem and will cost the team more than £6,900.

One 11-a-side team will be entered in the tournament, which will be played from Tuesday, July 20 to Saturday, July 24 and the players will be guaranteed six games. They will arrive in the town on the Monday and arrive home on Sunday, July 25.

Other teams taking part in the tournament come from Sweden, Israel, Finland, Venezuela, USA, Georgia, Egypt, Denmark, Netherlands, Moldova, Spain, Italy and many other countries.

The team is looking for sponsors to help the local youngsters get to Holland — all sponsors will be advertised on their website http://www.hrsports.co.uk">www.hrsports.co.uk

The team will also be carrying out many different fundraising events.
