THE expertise of Mike Davies, who heads up his own taxation practice within the town, has resulted in an invitation to join two organisations relating to the profession.

He has been asked to join the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Association of Taxation Technicians South West England branch committee.

Mike, who will attend the next branch meeting to be held on April 14, said: ?It will be interesting to be part of the training and planning programme for the two recognised professional bodies.?

Mike is also an ordained church minister and is part of Okehampton?s Inspiration Church ministerial team.
