TAWTON played their best fought game, battling to the end.

The first half started well, both sides playing a good game with Kentisbeare creating several chances only to be denied through good saves by Alan Grimshaw.

Tawton also gave them trouble in their half but were unable to kill off the final ball.

Right on half time Tawton gave a penalty away and at the second time of asking Kentisbeare went in one up.

The second half started well with Tawton making good movement and making hard work for Kentisbeare. A misunderstanding at the back let Kentisbeare score their second.

Tawton?s heads did not drop ? this only fired them up and it was not long before Keast went on a super run, taking on player after player and pulling a goal back

With 15 minutes left Kentisbeare tried playing the clock down, but this backfired when the midfield played a perfect ball to Sweb who made no mistake in hitting the back of the net.

Both teams went looking for the win but good goalkeeping and defending kept Kentisbeare out. With two minutes to go Sweb swept in a cross to the penalty spot to find Fisher who hit home ? Tawton?s third, putting them in the semi-finals.
