Noon: Signal rocket and flares from the viaduct. The church bells to ring.

Noon to 2pm: Open air disco roadshow in Bedford Square with DJ John Ellis.

Noon to 5pm: Antiques and craft fair in Tavistock Pannier Market.

1pm: The song beacon 'All You Need is Love'.

Noon until 3pm: Buffet lunches and licensed bar with 1950s dance band and pianist Jamus Downing in Tavistock Town Hall. 1950s Ideal Home exhibition.

2.30pm to 3.30pm: Stannary Brass Band Jubilee Concert in Bedford Square.

3pm to 5.30pm: Cream teas with live musical accompaniment in Tavistock Pannier Market.

3.25pm: Mayoral procession from the town council offices to Bedford Square.

3.30pm: Mayoral address and United Service of Thanksgiving in Bedford Square.

From 4pm: Jubilee teas and live entertainment with harpist Abigail Bowen-Pine, Blowzone Community Band and Tavistock College Recorder Consort.

4pm to 7pm: Live pop concert in Bedford Square. Bands appearing are Orca, No Comply, Curby, Honky Dory Rhythm Works and a guest group.

From 9.45pm: Tavistock Band Ensemble.

10pm: The mayor will light the jubilee beacon near the Pimple on Whitchurch Down, accompanied by a spectacular fireworks salute to the Queen.
