AS part of a programme of events to raise money for Sampford Spiney Church, a classical guitar concert will be held in the church at 7pm on February 8.

The organisers have been fortunate enough to book the highly talented Alison Smith to play on the night.

Alison is a highly acclaimed British born classical guitarist and has been described as one of the most exciting and lyrical guitarists to emerge in recent years. She delights audiences with her fluid technique and expressive playing, performing nation-wide and in Europe. Her CD album titled 'Recuerdos' has been highly successful.
