STEVE Wickett is quickly becoming the star of the tournament — he scored six to make it 12 in three games.

His team, Blue Army defeated Fat Boy Slim Utd 12-2 with the other goals coming from Ben Rushall and captain Nick Mier who hit a hat-trick apiece.

Nathan Endean and manager Luke Hann scored for the Fat Boys.

Luxton Building Company defeated Ocean Colour Team 11-3 with goals from Ross Hann (4), Steve Daymond (4), Mark Wheeler (2) and manager Will Westlake. Ocean replied with goals from Glen Martin, Owen Locker and James Fraser.

The Devon Tors won thanks to the Howells brothers at either end of the pitch. Craig in goal kept a clean sheet, while Lee scored the only goal of a 1-0 win over Tornadoes. Greenway Dynamos beat Stormers 7-3 with manager Andy Faulkner and Darren Julian going one better and grabbing hat-tricks, Jamie Taylor grabbing the other.

The Allsorts kicked-off their campaign with a hard fought victory over Five Bellies, Jason Clancey scored three and Richard Searle scored one in a 4-3 win.

The Allsorts and PD Drilling are having a play-off tonight at 9.30pm to determine who wins the summer league after both teams finished on 24 points.
