A YOUNG choir from the USA graced the stages of a number of venues in West Devon during a tour of Britain.
Tavistock Methodist Church hosted the United Generation Choir from Westgate Chapel Edmonds, Washington, who are aged 14 to 24.
The choir, together with their band leaders, were in Tavistock for four days as part of their British Mission Tour. During their time in West Devon they led some music workshops and performed at St Andrew's School, Buckland Monachorum.
In addition to a well attended concert at the Methodist Church, the choir also took part in the Sunday morning service, which was followed by a visit to Beera Farm in Milton Abbot.
The United Generation Choir, who were last in Tavistock in 2004, has existed for more than 40 years, but this was their final performance before disbanding.
