LUCKY prize winner Annette Coleman from Sampford Courtenay has been presented with a £100 gift certificate to use at any of the three Purple Penguins jewellery stores in Okehampton, Tavistock and Honiton.

Annette won the prize after entering a competition in the Times' Edwardian Evening pullout.

She said: 'I never win anything so it's a real surprise, and it's not very often you have such a big amount to spend on yourself so it's wonderful.'
