MONEY from Waitrose's Community Matters will be used to support arts across the county. Judie Yung and Beryl Whidden from Art Fund Devon visited the store to collect a cheque for £330 to support their work in supporting the arts. The Art Fund provides funding for museums and galleries across the country. In Devon, the Art Fund has supported the Royal Albert Memorial Museum in Exeter, Plymouth Museum, and Dingles Fairground Heritage Centre among others. The Okehampton store is looking for more charities and organisations to take part in the scheme. To find out more, visit the help desk in store, or call 01837 659008, asking for Theresa Edwards.
