I AM referring to a previous letter sent in about noise and inconsideration of neighbours using lawn mowers, strimmers, children's parties etc.

Usually if you are holding a children's party that is going to be outside and noisy you notify the neighbours.  Not in Upcott Valley/Herons Brook — on a lovely summer's evening all you can hear is the screeching of children, music, lawn mowers and strimmers.  It has to be one of the noisiest places I have lived in.

I would like to thank the council, local and Exeter or whoever is responsible for allowing the large houses with huge gardens in Kingfisher Drive to be built so they can ruin everybody else's lives with lawn mowers and strimmers etc.
