MUSIC, food and lots of fun is promised at the annual Lady Modiford's School Summer Fair in Walkhampton this weekend. There will be stalls and games galore as well as a bouncy castle and the raffle boasts a number of prizes, including a stay at the Moorland Garden Hotel, afternoon tea at the Horn of Plenty and a family ticket to the Eden Project. Popular local band Orangutan Wheelbarrow will be providing music and there will be plenty of refreshment with a barbecue and a beer tent. The fair will take place at Walkhampton Memorial Field on Saturday, June 28, from 1pm to 4pm. All proceeds will go towards the Friends of Lady Modiford's.
