A TOTAL of £1,311 was raised for the local Marie Curie Nursing Service from the annual Daffodil Walk at Cotehele recently.

The daffodils were spectacular in the Tamar Valley and everyone enjoyed themselves, even if the weather could have been a little warmer.

Marie Curie Nurses provide high quality nursing care in the homes of terminally ill patients, day or night, 365 days a year.

This service is free of charge to the patients and their families.  The charity relies heavily on generous voluntary donations to continue this care.
