PRIVATE landlords from across West Devon are being invited to an information-packed forum meeting on Thursday March 23 hosted by West Devon Borough Council. The meeting will give an update on the latest news on letting properties, and landlords will have the opportunity to discuss issues and share experiences. Similar meetings have been a great success and new landlords are welcome to attend. Local residential lettings agents are also invited. Information available at the event will include: l Housing advice services l Landlord deposit scheme l Environmental Health issues, and l Housing Benefit issues. Officers from the council?s housing and environmental health departments and from Housing Benefits will be on hand to give advice at the meetings. The forum takes place from 6pm to 8pm at the council chamber at Kilworthy Park, Tavistock.
