A PHOTOGRAPHY contest organised by the Woodland Trust is encouraging people to get down to Fingle Woods and make the most of the spectacular landscape in all its springtime glory.

The 'Focus on Fingle Photography Challenge' is inviting budding photographers to take original and striking photographs of Fingle Woods that demonstrate the power of photography to inspire greater understanding of this unique natural environment.

To enter, send your picture, which must be at least 1MB in size, along with a brief description, your name, age (if under 16), e-mail address, telephone number, the date and location of the photo to [email protected]">[email protected]

This competition is open to participants in two categories – under 16s and 16 and above.

The closing date is May 22.

Entry is free. 

Winning entries will be featured in Woodland Trust and National Trust publications and online, PR and social media channels. Photographers will always be credited alongside their image.
