SPOONERS's Country Show, now in its fifth year, is growing in popularity and support.
The entertainment in the main ring was the Prince Philip Cup Mounted Pony Games where pony club teams from Eggesford Hunt, Spooners and West Dartmoor Hunt and South Devon West Hunt, provided great entertainment . They competed against each other in eight races to be crowned the overall winner with Eggesford Hunt triumphant.
The show jumping was of particular interest to spectators while the dog show was as always extremely popular with the families.
Organisers thank all the sponsors for their valued and on going support and all the volunteers who help every year to set up the show, help on the day and pack it all away afterwards.
