WALKHAMPTON Pre-School held a popular Hallowe'en party last week, with children from the local schools and pre-schools gathering to enjoy dancing, games, food and a fancy dress competition (see above).

The event raised £140 for the pre-school funds. Pre-school leader Pat Woodgate said: 'Even if the party didn't raise any money, it is still worth holding it as it is really looked forward to by the children.'
