PRESIDENT of Tavistock Rotary Club Frank Lawrence, Santa's helper Stuart Ditcher and club members, would, through the pages of the Times, like to express their thanks to the people of the Tavistock area for their generosity over the festive period.
The club would also like to thank the manager of Safeway for making facilities available for a collection at the store.
The amount raised for Rotary charities was slightly over £2,000, a record for the club.
