WINNERS of the Times winter photograph competition were chosen last week and the amateur photographers will now get to see their photograph turned into a Christmas card.

Entries for the competition were judged by Times photographer James Bird, who chose Isabel Porteous from Northlew as the overall winner with her photograph 'Snowy Gateways'.

Times general manager Lyn Roberts presented Isabel with a framed print of her entry photograph.
