FOUR members of Tavistock Community College's Tae Kwan-Do club recently received prestigious black belts.

Ian Strugnell, Iain Johnston, Nicola Pearce and Merwyn Davis proudly accepted their awards after achieving the highest level of ability in the South Korean martial art.

The club, which is part of the Professional Unification of Martial Arts, meets every Monday and Wednesday and currently has around 40 members.

Lessons cater for all ages including 'Little Dragons', aged 4-6 years.
