THERE were smiles all round on Sunday morning at Okehampton Baptist Church which was celebrating the installation of new screens to divide the hall.

The church’s lower hall has been updated over the last few years and dividing screens have been installed to allow the big space to be split for more than one use during the busy weekend periods and during the week.

Okehampton United Charity donated £3,212 to pay for the screens. Charity chairman Allenton Fisher is pictured above visiting the church on Sunday to see the screens in action.
