Runner-up was Lilias Strachan, 153 net Gilly wins the silver salver and Lilias the Harmer rose bowl. August medal winners: Division 1, Kay Creaven, net 77; runner-up, Trudi Luke, net 79. Division 2, Sheila Brookbank, net 74 (last 9); runner-up, Helen Harris, net 74. An annual mixed match between Yelverton and Tavistock was played on Sunday at Tavistock. The greensomes competition was played in a friendly spirit for a trophy which is presented to the winning team after dinner. This year Tavistock won 6-4.
