TWENTY-five years on for the Plymouth and West Devon Talking Cassette for the Blind service and it was celebration time in Tavistock church rooms.
West Devon mayor Robin Pike cut the cake at a ceremony with original readers Edgar Mathias and Philip Perry, chairman Ted Martin, editor Lyn Browne and secretary Chris Dicker.
