TAVISTOCK’S entry signs were given a spruce up by Tidy Tavi volunteers last Thursday .

In a slight change of role, the volunteers put down their litter picking tools and picked up their sponges to clean seven signs around the town.

Volunteers will revert to their normal role of clearing litter again on Saturday, September 1. Anyone wishing to participate is requested to meet outside Meadowlands Leisure Centre at 10am.
