AFTER a successful pilot competition this year Okehampton Community and Recreational Association (OCRA)  are going to run an indoor cricket competition to start in February.

The six-a-side game is fast and exciting - each team can bat for up to 10 overs, everyone bowls 1-3 overs (except the wicket keeper) and batsmen retire on 25.

Games will take place in the Old Sportshall at Okehampton College on a Wednesday evening. Cost will be £16 a team per game.

Teams will need to provide somebody who can umpire and score.

Players can only play for one team. Players have to be aged 15 and above. 

Places are limited and are allocated on a 'first come first served basis.
