THE third Dartmoor Showcase Day at the Two Bridges Hotel is open to all who are interested in local attractions, activities and food and drink. Everyone interested in trades, services and professions for business and residents are also invited to the day, on Monday, April 21 from 11am to 3pm. The programme of speakers includes the Wag from Widecombe at the opening at 11am, an Eviivo Front Desk Online Booking representative at noon, Nigel Hoskin, the DNPA chairman, at 1pm and Col Tony Clark, the commandant of Okehampton Camp, at 2pm. The day will particularly appeal to business people involved with tourism in some way who are looking for a way to offer added value or wanting goods or services.
