OKEHAMPTON United Charity and Okehampton Educational Foundation will be holding their annual celebration evening on Wednesday (December 17) at the Pavilion in the Park.

The chairman will welcome guests with mulled wine and mince pies before they have the opportunity to view the displays and stands on show from some of the groups who have been supported by the charities this year. Displays will be on show from groups such as Workshop Under the Sky, Community Links SW, Living Free, Okehampton Children's Centre, Get Changed Theatre, Ockment Centre, Okehampton Baptist Church, Growing Our Future, Okehampton D of E, and many more.

Guests will then be entertained by various performances from individuals and musical groups, including an update on the music hub project.

The event has been supported by OCRA and the Inner Wheel.

The chair and the trustees of the charities are looking forward to the event and would like to invite anyone who wants to know more about what the charities can do, to come along to the event at 7pm.
