THE Postbridge Family Dog Show was held in beautiful sunshine at the end of last month.

The event raised the grand total of £600 for the Cinnamon Trust and organisers have thanked all who supported the show and raffle, and judge Janice Burgoyne, who had 220 entries in 15 classes.

Results: Best youngster and best in show, Jayden (Hilary Searle); best sporting, Ernest (Sarah Bevan); best non-sporting, Flora (Heather Jerrard); best crossbreed, Little Ted (Michelle McIlroy); best veteran, Liz (Sarah Watson); Dog with a Postbridge address, PJ (Marie Bailey); prettiest female and reserve best in show, Mouse (Georgia Turnbull); handsome male, Charlie (Pat Glanville); best rescue/rehomed, Bruno (Jo Albon); best brace matching, Nell and Pearl (Janet Still); best brace opposites, Coco and Jayden (Jenny Symons and Hilary Searle); most appealing eyes, Chippie (Laura Kattenhorn); best condition, Dylan (Janet and Jamie Parsons); cuddliest dog, Hattiepogle (Tom Taylor); dog judge would like to take home, Chippie (Laura Kattenhorn).
