BRENTOR Village Show, being held on Saturday, August 31, will continue the centenary celebration of Brentor Village Hall.

Originally constructed as a reading room, the hall is now a venue for events.

On show day flowers, fruit and vegetables, cakes, photographs and crafts will be on display with side shows, books, plants, entertainment and afternoon teas available on the lawn and in the marquee.

A special 2014 calendar, 'Brentor Throughout the Seasons', will be on sale, containing 12 stunning photographs taken by residents around the parish.
