THIS was Exbourne's worst 45 minutes of the season — they only managed to get into their opponents' half on two occasions.

When half-time came it was a relief to the players only to find themselves 5-0 down.

Chris Miller made three changes, moving Peacock to left back and Stevens to the right wing and Baggot pushing up from right back

Pride was to play for in the second half. Exbourne never gave up, Shaw scoring a splendid goal, his 51st for Exbourne this season.

Exbourne applied pressure but Valiant scored two more.

This week home to the George Inn.

FOR the first 20 minutes Exbourne bombarded the George Inn goal but to no avail. But on their first attack George scored.

Exbourne were awarded a free kick just outside the area which Shaw dispatched into the top right corner making it 1-1.

Minutes later, a superb cross from Darren was met by the head of Shaw to make it 2-1.

The equaliser came from a mis-hit cross . George scored a third with a hopeful shot which took a deflection to leave Dorey going the wrong way.
