YOUNGSTERS are being invited to take part in a free drama workshop this month as part of a West Devon theatre group's youth theatre project.

Manadon and East Dartmoor (MED) Theatre is hosting the workshop for 10 to 18 year olds at Lamerton Community Hall on March 12 from 4.30pm to 6.30pm, the third of a series of fun drama workshops which is part of the latest youth theatre project.

The project is about the playwright John Ford, who could have been a friend of Shakespeare, but little is known of him even though he was born and brought up on Dartmoor.

The youngsters will use drama games, exercises and techniques in the workshop, led by a MED Theatre professional.
