EVERYONE at Make A Difference, Tavistock, would like to say a huge thank you to all the kind people — local and from afar — for their phenomenal support and generosity at the recent Pledges Evening.

We are completely dependent on events like this to be able to open our doors and support those who have or have had mental health problems. That is one in four of us who might benefit from this service. With no government funding and a difficult economic time for most, it makes the £5,145.42 raised even more incredible.

We hope that our next fundraising event will receive the same support on Saturday, May 10. It is 'An Evening with Ann Widdecombe' to be held at Tavistock Town Hall at 7.30pm. Look out for the posters around Tavistock and get your tickets soon.
