A SUCCESSFUL nearly new clothes sale was held recently by Tavistock Friends of Children's Hospice South West .

The event, held by kind permission of the Bedford Hotel in the Portrait Gallery, raised £641.

The friends group is grateful to all those who donated clothes, shoes, handbags etc.

The building of Children's Hospice South West's third hospice, Little Harbour, is now complete and the first families will be able to use the hospice in December.

The money raised will be used for the running costs at the hospice.
