IT was good to see so much local youth sport in last week?s edition of the paper. The rugby pictures by James Bird of the Okehampton v Tavistock games were a delight.
The Rotary Club of Okehampton, following a very successful charity golf day at the Manor Hotel and Ashbury Golf Club in July, now have funds available to be used for the development of sport and youth activities in the local area.
Applications are invited for grants to encourage, maintain and improve all types of youth activities.
