ANYONE with a few hours to spare on Friday, October 28 is being invited to join South West Lakes Trust at Burrator Reservoir to take part in a practical volunteering day.

Previous volunteering days, throughout 2015, involved a variety of different tasks and projects, including wood work, gardening, dry stone walling, pond clearance, bracken management, clearing scrub for important ruins, coppicing, cob oven construction and much more.

All participants are required to wear outdoor clothing, sturdy footwear and will also need to bring lunch. Hot drinks and biscuits will be provided. Please meet at the Burrator Discovery Centre.
