THE clear winner of the May stableford competition at Hurdwick Golf Club was Rex Miles with an outstanding 40 points.

In second place was Phil Bryant with 35 and Ray Truscott took third spot with 34 points.

Phil Bryant also scored the only two of the day to win the sweep.

The final of the President's Plate was played with Tim Gale and Ray Truscott beating previous winners, Tim Hawkins and Rodney Browne.

The ladies and men's teams have both played two matches in May with 100% success.

The ladies defeated Fingle Glen and Dainton Park and the men beat Sparkwell and Hele Park.
