IF you went to Tavistock Grammar School, the comprehensive or college and have never been to a reunion – make it this one! Tavistock School Reunion Association is holding its reunion on Saturday, May 11 in the Bedford Hotel, Tavistock from 7pm onwards.

It is open to all who attended the school up until 2009 and partners are welcome too. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet up with fellow ex pupils, those you sat next to in class, played football with or shared your lunchtimes.

‘Some people haven’t met for 30, 40, 50 or even 60 years and you can imagine the surprise and delight that is created and yes, everyone is given a name badge,’ said the association.

‘Do please bring with you any memorabilia such as old photographs, newspaper cuttings or even old school reports! New friends are valuable and old friends are priceless.’
