GREEN-FINGERED plant lovers in Tavistock will be in for a treat next Saturday when the annual flower show makes a welcome return.
The 155th flower, produce and craft show will be held in Tavistock parish church centre on Saturday August 9. It will be opened by Mrs J Rawlings at 1.30pm.
The show, which was cancelled last year due to unforeseen circumstances, will return with more than 60 cups and trophies to be won, and plenty of generous donations from local tradespeople making up the raffle prizes.
Organisers hope for widespread support from exhibitors old and new, and from the general public to make the show a resounding success.
