IN response to Louise Street's letter in the Times (July 9) about dog bins: West Devon Borough Council is commissioned to empty the dog bins owned by Tavistock Town Council and would like to apologise to all those who were affected by the non-collection last week. The issue with the dog bin collection schedule has since been resolved and the bins have been emptied. We welcome residents reporting these issues.
