FIREFIGHTERS in Tavistock released a man uninjured from a lift in the town?s Pinder Court in King Street last Wednesday afternoon. The fire crew was also called to a small fire in a car in Parkwood Road, Tavistock on Thursday, believed to have involved a cigarette lighter.
