RECYCLING in Halwill is about to get even easier thanks to a grant from their local Torridge District councillor.

Forest Ward member Cllr Barry Parsons donated £600 from his £1,000 annual community grant allowance in order for Halwill Parish Hall to purchase industrial size recycling bins. 

The money comes from Torridge District Council's Councillor Community Grants Scheme. Voluntary or community groups serving residents in the Torridge District area are eligible and are encouraged to apply for this grant.
