TAVISTOCK Musical Theatre Company?s production of My Fair Lady last autumn resulted in a box office record for any production to be staged at the Wharf since its inception, the company?s annual meeting heard recently.

Company chairman, Pete Clement said the major production of My Fair Lady was highly acclaimed by the critics and by the capacity audiences.

The company?s next production to be staged at the Wharf will be Roger?s and Hammerstein?s musical South Pacific.

Rehearsals will probably commence at the beginning of June, when new members ? particularly men ? will be most welcome.
