AS the debate continues about the rail link etc, is it not time for action? We have a great chance now to have our rail link to Plymouth reinstated, and a few more houses built, with some infrastructure put in place.
The answer is certainly not putting more buses on an already overloaded road. This road is not going to improve in the future.
When the rail link is in place, services and times can be improved, and as for the rail link servicing Derriford and Estover, what about a station at Tamerton with a bus link in the future?
With all the cutbacks at the moment, we should welcome this development with open arms.
