AS part of Quaker Week the Tavistock meeting held an art exhibition to celebrate the amazing talent of its members and attendees.

The exhibition included a diverse selection of art including sculpture, photography and mixed media artwork.

The artists who exhibited were Bill Cramer, David Williams, Alan Ray-Jones, Vic Ashton, Maggi Squire, Wendy Miller, Angela Hooper and Mary Andrews. David Williams showed a hare which is to be donated to Children’s Hospice South West.

Some ‘unusual’ cakes were on offer from male members who had never made a cake before — in one case it had taken 85 years.
