A PACKED programme of events and entertainment should guarantee success at a Sunday Spectacular being held at Okehampton Youth Hostel this weekend.
The event, organised by Hatherleigh and Okehampton Cats Protection League, will include children's amusements, a craft tent, archery, trampolining, a family dog show and face painting.
For the more adventurous, there will be abseiling and wall climbing.
Hot food and drink will be available throughout the show, which begins at 10am and continues until 4pm.
To make getting to the Sunday Spectacular even easier, a free mini bus service will run between the youth hostel and Okehampton Post Office.
