A SATURDAY morning car wash at Mount House raised £86 in under two hours.

Parents and friends brought their dirty cars in and were able to enjoy coffee and cakes in the sunshine before driving away in shinier vehicles.

The car wash was organised by the school forum, which consists of a boy and a girl from each year group, who are elected by fellow pupils.

They will use the money for charitable donations and for projects in the school.
