PAST pupils who won music scholarships at Mount House School came back to join current pupils for a scholars' concert at the school.

Parents, families, friends and fellow-pupils enjoyed an evening of fine music in the main hall.

Twelve former pupils, all of whom won scholarships at Mount House, were joined by three current pupils, Anthony Hayward, Bertie Jayarajah and Izzy Kidner, who are leaving at the end of term, to give an entertaining concert.

The programme included vocal and instrumental performances, ranging from Taffanel's Allegro for flute to Tchaikovsky's Ballet Suite, and from Vaughan Williams' Pastorale to Lloyd Webber's Music of the Night.
