MAY I through your newspaper make a comment on the controversial telephone relay mast proposal for a site at Horrabridge.

A group of people are against this on a very long list of environmental grounds that it will spoil the area etc. Nine objectors attended a recent meeting of the parish council.

The list of things wrong with the planning of the tower is endless.

So how do the objectors justify littering nearly all the telephone poles and road signs etc with their posters asking people to object to the tower being built?

I feel that some of the poster-posting may be against local by-laws. It looks a real mess and, I feel, spoils the environment.
