PRINCETOWN Football Club has been promoted to division one in the Plymouth and West Devon Combination after an exciting match on Saturday against Stoke Harriers. Princetown and Belgrave FC, in division two, were equal on points and Princetown had to win the match by eight goals to become the division title winners, as well as gain promotion — Princetown won the match by seven goals, 9-2 — one goal short.
