PREPARATIONS are coming together well for Hatherleigh Carnival on November 9 ? but organisers are still looking for volunteers to steward the procession.

New at the carnival this year will be a town criers? competition which will take place after the hunt meet at 11am.

Carnival badges are now on sale and the lucky number prize money has gone up to £20.

The last fundraiser for the carnival will be a craft fair in Hatherleigh Town Hall on Saturday starting at 2.30pm.
