FUNDS from the popular pram race were presented to 2443 Squadron of the Air Cadets and C Company detachment of the Army Cadets at a ceremony in Sticklepath sports and social club.

Flt Lt Sarah Cohen and Sgt Maj Brian Snowden attended with cadets and staff from both detachments to receive donations for £500.

The sports club expressed thanks to all who took part in the pram race and everyone who made it possible on the day.

The pram race will again happen this October with the proceeds going to a local cause involving young people.
